    Annie Grace grew up outside Aspen, Colorado. Having discovered a passion for marketing, she earned a Masters of Science in marketing and dove into corporate life, and that’s where her drinking career began in earnest. Annie is the founder of This Naked Mind, a movement that has helped hundreds of thousands of people around the world change their relationship with alcohol without shame or judgement. Using neuroscience and compassion, This Naked Mind helps you understand the “why” behind your drinking, which helps you make healthier, smarter choices that feel natural.
