STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo —
Yampa Valley Medical Center announced today that it has achieved the Healthgrades 2015 Patient Safety Excellence Award™, a designation that honors hospital performance in the prevention of serious, potentially preventable complications during hospital stays.
